Privacy policy
Last updated October 19, 2026. Plain-language summary first; details below.
In short
- We collect what you type into our forms so we can respond to you.
- We don’t sell your information.
- We share it only with the services we use to run the business (for example, our CRM or email provider), or when the law requires.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an estimate or send a message, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, the service you’re interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. If we enable analytics, it will measure how pages are used — for example, whether a phone link or estimate button was clicked. Where required, analytics loads only after you consent.
2. How we use it
- To contact you about your request, schedule visits, and prepare estimates.
- To provide the services you hire us for, including warranty records.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
3. Text messages
If you choose text as your preferred contact method, we’ll text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We don’t send marketing texts without separate consent.
4. Sharing
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate (such as website hosting, form delivery, CRM and email), under agreements that limit their use of it, and when required by law. With your permission, we may share project details with your insurance adjuster.
5. Retention & security
We keep request information for as long as needed to respond and, for customers, for the life of any warranty and as required for business records. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to people who need it.
6. Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@roofmasterco.com or calling (512) 555-0147. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where it applies.
7. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
We’ll post any changes on this page with a new “last updated” date.
This policy describes the website as built. Have it reviewed by your attorney and update it to match the analytics, CRM and form tools actually in use before launch.
