Residential roofing

Your home’s roof, handled by people who show their work.

From a single cracked pipe boot to a full replacement after hail, every residential job starts the same way: an inspection, photos of what we found, and a written scope you can compare.

Roof age

Where is your roof in its life?

Texas heat and hail shorten the numbers you’ll see on shingle packaging. Use this as a rough guide, then let an inspection give you the real answer.
  1. 0–8 yrs

    Settling in

Issues now are usually installation or storm related. Check after major hail and keep warranty paperwork handy.

    Post-storm checks only

  2. 8–15 yrs

    Mid-life

Pipe boots and sealants start to fail in Texas sun. Small repairs now prevent decking damage later.

    Inspect every couple of years

  3. 15–20 yrs

    Planning window

Granule loss and brittleness increase, especially on south and west slopes. Start budgeting.

  4. 20+ yrs

    Borrowed time

Many asphalt roofs in Texas are near the end here. Repairs get harder to match and less worthwhile.

Our standards

What every homeowner gets

Specific commitments, written into how we work.

  1. Photo-documented inspections

Every inspection ends with a photo report of what we saw on each slope — including what is fine. You keep it whether or not you hire us.

  2. Written, line-item scope

Estimates list materials, quantities, and labor by line. If decking turns out to be rotten, the per-sheet price is already in writing before work starts.

  3. No deductible games

Texas law makes it illegal for a contractor to waive, absorb or rebate an insurance deductible. We don’t, and we put that in the contract.

  4. One project lead, start to finish

The person who scopes your roof is the person you call during the job. Daily updates on tear-off and install days.

  5. Magnetic sweep, every day

Crews tarp landscaping, protect siding, and run magnetic sweeps for nails at the end of each work day — not just the last one.
